Clause 3

Subsection (2) of section 45 of the principal Act is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(2) Only practitioner members shall be eligible to attend and vote at any general meeting but only such practitioner members who are citizens of Singapore shall be elected to the Council.”.
