Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (3) thereof; and
(b)
by deleting the expression “, having regard to the provisions of subsection (3) of this section,” appearing in the third and fourth lines of subsection (4) thereof.
