Clause 27

Any person who for the purpose of obtaining, whether for himself or any other person, the grant of any licence under this Act, or for any other purpose in relation to this Act, makes any declaration or statement which is to his knowledge false in any particular, or produces or makes use of any document which is not genuine shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
