Clause 11

Section 30 of the Insurance Act is hereby amended by deleting the expression “subsection (2) of section 28 of this Act” appearing in subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of section 28 of this Act by reason of the insolvency of the fund maintained by the insurer under this Act for either class of insurance business”.
