Clause 11

Subsection (1) of section 138 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(a)correct any folio of the land-register which is erroneous because of the entry of a mis-spelt name, or of the inclusion of land already included in a prior folio, or of the wrong description of parcels or of boundaries;”.
