Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the Land Titles Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the expression “Deputy Registrars of Titles,” appearing in the second line of subsection (3) thereof the words “Assistant Registrars of Titles”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “Titles” appearing at the end of subsection (5) thereof the words “or an Assistant Registrar of Titles”.
