Clause 5

by inserting immediately after subsection (4) thereof the following new subsection: —“(5) A certificate of title, qualified or unqualified, issued pursuant to this section on, before or after the date of commencement of the Land Titles (Amendment) Act, 1973 may, if the circumstances so require, be qualified as to boundaries and dimensions, and the provisions of subsections (3) and (4) of section 144 of this Act shall, mutatis mutandis, apply thereto.”; and

by renumbering the existing subsections (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) thereof as subsections (6), (7), (8), (9) and (10) respectively.
