Clause 20

Notwithstanding the repeal of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the principal Act, the persons who were appointed as the Chairman and other members of the Authority shall hold office for a term of three years commencing from the dates of their respective appointments or for so long as the member in whose place he is appointed would have held office.
