Clause 17

Section 29 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (e) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(e)to require such person as the Minister may specify who derives income from any trade, business, profession or vocation, or from any other source or sources as the Minister may prescribe, to contribute to the Fund in respect of such income in such a manner and at such rate as may be prescribed by the Minister;”.
