Protection from personal liability
No matter or thing done by the Director, the Port Master or an officer employed in the administration of this Act or other person acting under the direction of the Director or the Port Master shall, if the matter or thing was done bona fide for the purpose of executing this Act, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever.
