Clause 10

New section 27A

The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 27 thereof the following new section: —“Forms27A. The Commissioner may design and utilise such froms as he may think fit for any of the purposes of this Act and any regulations made thereunder, and may require any person to complete any of the same for any such purposes.”.
