Clause 10

The Minister may give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as to the policy to be followed by the Council in the performance of its functions under this Act and the Council shall give effect to any such directions.

The Council shall give the Minister such information with regard to its property and activities as the Minister may require.
