Clause 12

Every person in the service of the Government who immediately before the commencement of this Act was seconded to the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation shall be deemed to be seconded to the service of the Council on the same terms and conditions as those governing his secondment to the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation, as the case may be.

Every such person may be transferred to the service of the Council on such terms and conditions of service as may be agreed upon between the Government, the Council and the officer concerned.
