Clause 13

Every person who immediately before the commencement of this Act was employed by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation shall be deemed without further appointment to be employed by the Council on the same terms and conditions as those governing his employment by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation, as the case may be.
