Clause 3

There is hereby established a Council to be known as the Singapore Sports Council.

The Council shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may acquire, hold or dispose of movable and immovable property, sue and be sued in its corporate name, and do and suffer all such other acts and things as bodies corporate may do and suffer.
