Powers of the Minister in relation to the Authority
(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the Authority or otherwise, give to the Authority such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he deems fit, as to the exercise of the functions of the Authority under this Act, and the Authority shall give effect to all such directions.
(2)
The Authority shall furnish the Minister with such information or facilities for obtaining information with respect to its property and the exercise of its functions in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
