Clause 34
Power to sell and restriction as to registration
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, sell any developed land or part thereof.
(2)
The Registrar of Deeds and the Registrar of Titles shall not, without the written consent of the Authority, register an assurance relating to any developed land or part thereof which has been sold under the provisions of this Part.
(3)
The certificate of the Authority that any developed land or part thereof has been sold under the provisions of this Part shall be conclusive evidence of such fact.
