Clause 51

Any requirement or condition imposed, act done, waiver granted or order made by and any undertaking given to the competent authority under the provisions of the Planning Act (Cap. 279) in respect of the provision of car parking spaces shall be deemed to have been imposed, done, granted, or made by or given to the Authority under section 48 and shall continue to have effect accordingly.
