Clause 53

The attachment mentioned in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 52 may be made by a person appointed for the purpose by the Authority and that person shall notify publicly the attachment in the prescribed manner and shall take an inventory of the property attached.

For the purpose of effecting the attachment that person may break upon in the day any house or building.
