Title conferred upon purchaser at a sale under section 52
(1)
The purchaser at a sale, under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 52, shall be deemed to have acquired the right or property offered for sale free from all encumbrances created over it and from all subordinate interests derived from it, except such as are reserved expressly by the Authority at the time of the sale.
(2)
The Authority shall notify in the Gazette the result of the sale and the conveyance to the purchaser of the right or property offered for sale.
