Clause 64
Obstructing officers of the Authority
Any person who obstructs or hinders an officer or agent of the Authority acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
