Clause 67
General penalties
A person who contravenes a provision of or commits an offence under this Act or any of the regulations made thereunder for which no special penalty is provided by this Act shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
