Clause 7

Section 14 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) The Chief Assessor may at any time and as often as he thinks necessary serve on any person a notice requiring him to make within twenty-one days from the date thereof a return in such form as may be prescribed by the Chief Assessor containing such particulars as may be required for the purposes of this Act.”.
