Renewal of licence
(1)
An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made to the Association within one month before the expiry of the licence.
(2)
The Association shall renew a licence unless it is of the opinion that the holder thereof has contravened or failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or any of the rules made thereunder.
(3)
Where the Association is of the opinion that a licence should not be renewed, the Association shall call upon the holder thereof to show cause why his licence should be renewed and the provisions of subsections (2) to (7) of section 9 shall apply mutatis mutandis to any person who has been called upon to show cause why his licence should be renewed.
