Clause 11
Directions by the Minister
(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the Board or otherwise, give to the Institute such direction not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as he deems fit, as to the exercise of the functions of the Institute under this Act and the Institute shall give effect to such directions.
(2)
The Institute shall furnish the Minister with such information or facilities for obtaining information in respect of its property or the exercise of its functions in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
