Clause 13
Existing contracts
All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the date of the coming into operation of this Part affecting the lands, buildings and other property, movable or immovable, transferred under paragraph (c) of section 12 shall be of full force and effect against or in favour of the Institute and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Board or any person acting on behalf of the Board, the Institute had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
