Clause 14
Transfer of employees
Upon the coming into operation of this section, every person employed by the Board in the unincorporated body immediately prior to such date shall be transferred to the service of the Institute on terms not less favourable than those they enjoyed immediately prior to their transfer and such terms (which shall be determined by the Institute) shall take into account the salaries and conditions of service, including any accrued rights to leave, enjoyed by them while in the employment.
