Clause 21
Appointment of officers and servants
(1)
The Institute may, from time to time, appoint and employ such officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act and on such terms as to remuneration and otherwise as the Institute may determine.
(2)
All employees of the Institute shall be under the administrative control of the Institute.
(3)
The termination of appointment, dismissal and disciplinary control of all officers and servants of the Institute shall be vested in the Institute.
