Clause 40
Obstructing officers of the Institute
A person who obstructs or hinders an Inspector or an officer of the Institute acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or of any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars.
