Clause 43
General penalty
A person guilty of a contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
