Clause 21

The Tenth Schedule to the Companies Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after paragraph 4 of Part A thereof the following new paragraph: —“5. Every offer document shall contain the following words which are to be displayed prominently in that document: —“If you are in any doubt about this offer you should consult your stockbroker, bank manager, solicitor or other professional adviser.””.
