Clause 11

Regulations

The Minister may make regulations —

(a)

prescribing the control and management of establishments for creches;

(b)

prescribing the standards of health and safety to be observed in establishments for creches;

(c)

prescribing the fees to be charged in respect of licences;

(d)

prescribing the conditions subject to which licences may be issued;

(e)

prescribing any matter which is required under this Act to be prescribed; and

(f)

generally for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act.

All such regulations shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.
