Amendment of section 61

Section 61 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “an Assistant Registrar” appearing in the last line of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “Assistant Registrars”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the Assistant Registrar” appearing in the second line of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the words “an Assistant Registrar”.
