Clause 11

Amendment of section 63

Section 63 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the words “Deputy Sheriff” appearing in subsection (1) thereof the words “and the Assistant Registrars shall be the Assistant Sheriffs”; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after the words “Deputy Sheriff” appearing in subsection (2) thereof the words “and the Assistant Sheriffs”.
