Miscellaneous amendments

(1)

The following provisions of the principal Act are hereby amended by deleting the words “the Assistant Registrar” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor in each case the words “the Assistant Registrars”: —Sections 62, 68(1) and 69.

(2)

The following provisions of the principal Act are hereby amended by deleting the words “the Assistant Registrar” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor in each case the words “an Assistant Registrar”: —Sections 75, 76 and 79.
