Repeal and re-enactment of section 58

Section 58 of the principal Act is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Public Prosecutor’s signature58.—

(1)

In the case of an appeal by the Public Prosecutor under this Part the notice of appeal shall be signed by that officer only.(2) No fee shall be payable by nor any security be required from the Public Prosecutor.”.
