Clause 16

Power of entry

(1)

The Building Authority or any officer authorised by him may at all reasonable times enter any premises for the purposes of —

(a)

inspection to determine whether any powers under this Act should be exercised; and

(b)

carrying out any work required to be carried out by the Building Authority under this Act.

(2)

Any person who obstructs the Building Authority in the performance of any matter or thing which he is authorised to do by this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
