Clause 19

Any property or thing seized or removed by the Building Authority in the exercise of his powers under this Act may be confiscated by the Building Authority or may, on application by the owner within two weeks of such seizure or removal, be returned to him on such terms and conditions as the Building Authority thinks fit.

Any property or thing which has been confiscated by the Building Authority under subsection (1) may be disposed of in such manner as the Minister may direct.
