Clause 28

Any licence, permission, approval or other document prepared, made or granted under the Local Government Integration Act shall be deemed to have been prepared, made or granted under this Act.

The powers conferred on the Building Authority by this Act may be exercised in respect of any building or structure erected in contravention of any written law before the commencement of this Act, and the building or structure shall be deemed to be unauthorised for the purposes of this Act.
