Power to seize movable property in building converted to unauthorised use
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, where the Building Authority is satisfied that a building has been converted whether before or after the commencement of this Act to any purpose or use other than the purpose or use for which the building has been approved under this Act or any other written law, he may enter the building and seize all movable property found therein.
