Clause 11

Where on the date of commencement of this Act, any inquiry or appeal is pending or is in the course of being heard by the Collector or the Board or has been heard but no decision has been rendered thereon, the inquiry or appeal shall be taken up or continued, as the case may be, under the provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act:Provided that in the case of any such inquiry or appeal, the Collector or the Board shall determine the compensation to be awarded for any land acquired under the principal Act in accordance with sections 33 and 34 of the principal Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of this Act.
