Clause 32

Disclosure of certain interest

Where, in a letter, circular or other communication issued by him a dealer or investment adviser refers to any securities issued by a corporation or other person, he shall cause to be included in the letter, circular or other communication, in type not less legible than that used in the body thereof, a concise statement of the nature and extent of his interest, if any, in the securities.
