Auditor to send report to relevant authority in certain cases
Where in the performance of his duties as auditor for a dealer an auditor becomes aware of any matter which in his opinion may adversely affect the financial position of the dealer to a material extent or constitutes a breach of section 35, 36 or 37 he shall within seven days send a report in writing on such matter to the relevant authority and a copy thereof to the dealer.
