Certain moneys to be held by stock exchange on trust
All moneys deposited with a stock exchange pursuant to this Part shall be held by the stock exchange upon trust for the stockbroker, member firm or member company on whose behalf it was deposited and shall be repaid to the stockbroker, member firm or member company on demand.
