Interpretation
In this Part, unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter —“committee”, in relation to a fidelity fund of a stock exchange, means the committee of that stock exchange;“Court” means the High Court;“fidelity fund” or “fund” means a fidelity fund established under section 60;“stock exchange” means, in relation to a fidelity fund, the stock exchange which established the fidelity fund.
