Restrictions on use of title “stockbroker”
A person who is not a stockbroker within the meaning of this Act shall not take or use or, by inference, adopt the name or title of stockbroker or take or use or have attached to or exhibited at any place any name, title or description implying or tending to the belief that he is a stockbroker.
