Clause 13

by inserting immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following new subsection: —“(3) In any notice issued by the Commissioner under subsection (2) of this section, the Commissioner may, in the case of an air-conditioned building or part thereof, —

prescribe temperature and humidity controls for such air-conditioned building or part thereof; and

require the owner, occupier or lessee of such building or part thereof —

to install automatic devices for recording the temperature and humidity level in such building or part thereof; and

to keep such records and charts of the temperature and humidity level in such building or part thereof as the Commissioner may direct for the inspection of the Commissioner.”;

by deleting the expression “(3)” appearing in the fourth line of subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “(4)”; and

by renumbering subsections (3) and (4) thereof as subsections (4) and (5) respectively.
