Clause 14

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or any rules or order made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction, where no special penalty is provided, to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars for every day or part thereof during which the offence is continued after the date of conviction.
