Appointment of Superintendents
(1)
The Authority shall appoint a Superintendent of Car Parks who shall be responsible for the performance of the duties and functions assigned to the Superintendent under this Act.
(2)
The Authority may appoint such number of Deputy Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents of Car Parks as may from time to time be required for the purposes of this Act.
