Government or the Authority not liable for loss or damage
The exercise by the Minister of his powers under this Act with respect to the use as a parking place or otherwise of any part of a road or any other place shall not render the Government or the Authority subject to any liability in respect of loss of or damage to any vehicle or the fittings or contents of any vehicle parked in such parking place or otherwise.
